Pretty hard to shoot if the gun is lashed in lol. One would have to work very hard to tip a Tremblay, they were designed to be able to dance in.

Wish I could be there with my Tremblay. Only thing I changed on it was to make a carrying yoke, plus i took out the thwart behind the bow seat so I could solo it. It's a very nice canoe, floats along like a cork.

The border will be fine. My concern would be the cyber truck. There are very few charging stations, and the ones that are around often don't work.

I would echo what Jim said. Patch on the inside, perhaps a coat of epoxy on the outside scratch, just to bury the weave.

I know I'm a wood butcher, but every seat I have made, I have simply predrilled holes and butt jointed the pieces together with epoxy and two biggish screws to each joint. After 70 or more seats, none have failed yet.
