On paddling trips I take two paddles (Grey Owl Sugar Island / Grey Owl-Northern Light) and a divisible double paddle. As my Wilma is very susceptible to wind, it has proved very helpful for me to use a double paddle in strong headwinds.

What strikes me is that the cracks are the same on both sides. Where the canoe deck was screwed on ... ?! Could it be that the deck was attached under too much tension? - or why is it so even?
