Exped Venus 2 on Stewart lake. A well made tent that is somewhere between a heavy 3 season and lightweight 4 season tent.

I guess for me it depends on if I'm wearing my life jacket when it starts raining.

I think the 3M 77 should work. If it were me I would spray the cloth, fold it over and then try to compress it a bunch to knock down the folds. Then I would spray tack the whole thing to the hull and wet it out. That being said, I've never done the fold it over part.

The 3M spray tack that some composites stores sell would probably be your best bet. Alternatively, I bet you could just sew a folded over piece of dynel together, and then trim the allowance real close. although I haven't ever tried this, so maybe it would be a complete disaster. Quinn

The royal river is my preferred fall color paddling destination. There is good walleye fishing in the fowls. As Dan says, moon is a great walleye lake with some big pike as well. By mid sept. use will have really dropped.

We polled up the bottom 10 or so miles of the Esnagami because it was either polling or walking! Being semi competent with a pole let us take a trip that otherwise would have been a fly-out.
