I cut n clean quality pieces and place in a gallon ziplock. Put just enough soy sauce to cover. Add a cup of honey and a cup of brown sugar. A few tablespoons of garlic powder. Splash of pepper. Add chili flakes optional.. marinate over night. goes in a little chief smoker 12 hrs aprox...

Sounds great, I wish I could and have been wanting to try that trip but have too many days off before and after to pull that off.

I'd consider entry from Lila next time or just going in and out of Inlet for the Upper Oswagatchie. If I'm ever back I would want to stay 2 days on the upper O section. Havnt yet explored the Wanakena area so that may well happen next season.
