Temagami Report: Smoothwater L, Ishpatina Ridge, Scarecrow L, north Solace PP

To keep myself warm this winter I've been putting together the story of our canoe trip through Temagami last summer! We completed a loop starting at Smoothwater Lake, travelling south through some of the prettiest lakes we've found in Temagami - Apex, Mihel and Scarecrow - and turned East to travel through the north portion of Solace PP before completing our loop. That's quite and adventure so far and looking forward to the third part. We're planning a Temagami trip for next year so the problems with your maps is interesting and concerning.

Sweeper: I hear that the ottertooth map is the most accurate but I've never used it. You can get it online I think? I will definitely bring topographical maps and a GPS in future
