Looking for input on this proposed Quetico route. The plan is to do a 5 night out of Prairie Portage and thread our way North between Kahshahpiwi & Agnes as those lakes are closed. We've never gone in from Prairie Portage before and understand it is more popular than entering from Nym which is what we've always done. Just concerned about the potential for a lot of people trying to do the same?? I'll be doing more research but thought I would start here. Thanxsomuch!

Scratch this...Just learned Prairie Portage is closed. I either got some bad AI information or misinterpreted the "Closed" list. The Atikokan headquarters told me only Beaver House & Batchewaung are active entry points currently.
We did a five nighter from Beaverhouse in early July as the fires were just starting. You can try this route. It was a good trip.
