There was a Phoenix IXP on Craigslist for a while in VT. Not sure if it's still available.

There's got to be a garage-bound SRT out there in need of a new home and new adventures...
You might try contacting Dave Curtis at Hemlock Canoe and ask if he knows of any used SRT's that might be available.
