Turtle Flambeau Flowage

Hello, I'm considering a trip to the Turtle Flambeau this year and wondering if anyone has any experience to share. Best launch, campsites, time of year, etc. Thinking of launching at Murray's Landing and sticking to the quiet zone if possible. The biggest thing that worries me is going at a busy time and not finding a site.

I hope I'm not too late with this but TFF is about 20 minutes from my doorstep. If you'd like to message me through this site I could probably give you all the information you'd need to make an informed decision about it. As far as busy times, opening day of fishing or the week before and after July 4th are the only times I would discourage coming.

Hi Hogan, definitely not too late! I've been away from the internet for about a week canoeing and camping in Iowa.
