New "Polls" Forum Has Been Added

I have collected all the existing poll threads I could find and put them in a new forum called Polls, which is now the first forum under the Related Topics category. If you can find any older polls I have missed, please let me know. All future poll threads should be posted in the Polls forum.

I have pinned a post at the top of the Polls forum with instructions on how to post a poll thread.
