Freestyle Canoeing Mockumentary Film: "Canoe Dig It?"

Really enjoyed it! Some funny stuff, especially if you're familiar with Mainer/New England idioms. I mean, how often do you hear "Jeezum Crow" used in a film? Gonna hafta watch it again some time because I know there's a lot I missed.
So glad you liked it and thank you for coming!! I should really make a shirt with "Jeezum Crow" on it at some point here

I always thought 'jeezum crow' was just part of the regular lexicon but, now that I think about it, I think I'm the only person I've ever heard say it. I have no idea where I picked it up from.

Vermonters claim it as their own, but who really knows. I still hear (and use) it now and then.

Do a web search for ideas... :)

I spoke to Sam Dunning today. Sam is the producer of "Canoe Dig It". He is trying to arrange screenings at the Little Theater in Rochester NY and at the North Park Theater in Buffalo NY. It would be helpful, in that effort, if paddlers from those areas would call the respective theaters and express support the film.

Someone beat you to it Sam. My buddy picked this up in a shop in Burlington Vt. when we were there last week end. His Mother in law was born and raised in Ticonderoga. She uses that phrase a lot and he kids her about it. He got her a hat and he got the shirt.

The shop is called the "Golden Hour Gift Co." on Church street.
