Many folks in the FreeStyle community will recognize the names of Anne and Tryon Lindabury. They were active in the FreeStyle community for some 20 years as Interpretive FS paddlers and as Instructors. They were also Tandem FreeStyle champions for a number of years in the 1990s. Anne left us in the fall of last year, and Tryon has decided that it was time to sell their collection of classic canoes and paddles so that they may continue to be in use for decades more with folks who will appreciate them. Tryon is donating all proceeds to a non-profit organization called Vets Helping Vets Anderson. I have 5 paddles available in Western PA, see post in classifies.
I was lucky enough to obtain the Bell Wildfire and Bell Flashfire. My paddling friend, Bud Glendening, received the Mike Galt Egret tandem. I am so excited to see all the enthusiasm about the rich history we have around canoes. Bud and I will have the canoes at the Western PA Solo Canoe Rendezvous for people to see and paddle. Thanks Dustin
