I recently purchased this canoe thinking it was a strange looking Old Town Canadienne. The outer gunwales, seats, and handles were replaced with Cherry. The inner gunwales, decks, thwart, and yoke are original mahogany. I added skid plates as some of the inner foam layer was exposed on the bow. Overall, this is one solid canoe.
Asking price is $1200. All reasonable offers will be entertained. The canoe is located in Marquette, Michigan.
