I seen that one. Its only about 5 hours away. But then went outside and counted the 9 hanging on the walls around the shop and decided I did not need anymore right now.

Very helpful for sure. Though this is the asking price and so potentially aspirational rather than market value. Still, it is half the equation and reflects what a seller may expect. great to know.
