    used 120 grit. 80 or 60 would have been much faster but also more difficult to control gouging.

    gave up sanding by hand. holding the ROS on whatever angle I need to match the radius of the hull and moving quickly to avoid gouging has worked perfectly. 4 hours total and I am done. a few gaps to fill and then time for glass.
