Unfortunately I have had to cancel a trip to Wabakimi, August 3-14. Washago to Flindt Landing return. This does open up a spot for a canoe on the train. Hopefully someone on the site can take advantage.

Posted in another thread - a good one that led me to the question about designs out there for Mad River Courier/Guide/Freedom solo build. Quick search does not reveal anything, will keep looking as this design appeals to me to try to build one of these days...but certainly easier if anyone...

I am looking to enter the world of solo canoes...I have posted within other topics but thought more direct approach might be helpful. I am looking at a few boats that are available and seem to fit my needs but curious to see what others think of boats and prices for the used ones... 6'0" tall...
