I don't think a sleeping pad qualifies as a luxury item....that's like calling a compass or a yoke a luxury item. Agreed on the chair. Fishing gear & binos probably round it out for me.

I have a bridge hammock (warbonnet ridgerunner) & use the same pad I use on the ground. If I had a gathered-end hammock I'd get an UQ. I drop a pound if it's high summer with a lighter quilt and lighter pad.
