Interesting… any traditional gear you take..like old canvas packs, pack basket…etc?

I was wondering if folks could give me some insight,as I am new to the wood/ canvas canoe tripping, and would like to know…and see what you all pack for a weekend, week and longer…thanks!

Curious… is that a semi permanent camp set up… love the canvas and wood stove of course

I also tested Hemlock- Dave and his wife let me try anything I wanted for as long as I wanted at their demo at the park near Rochester.. for free… they even had free pizza! That was a great experience… great people. Lasting impression.

I have the eureka El Capitan 2+. It’s awesome… can zip up to full fabric inside…saved me last year in the north when I developed Covid in the bush and needed to heat up… it’s 6+ pounds… but super durable and reasonably priced… I paid 225$ new! Last year at Moosejaw.
