No issue with the Uglies. I have found their travel spinning rods are indestructible - with the exception of some oaf-ish 260lb clown and a Vibram sole.

Double check the line rating on the rod. A 6'6" medium might be rated for 12lb, but I would think it would be less. Possible to break the rod.

Due to a change in plans I am now searching for a shuttle. I will leave my truck in Capreol (and suggestions for long term parking) and will need to get from Cochrane back to the truck. Any ideas for navigating this is appreciated. Thank you!!
