    I spray gelcoat but your canoe doesn't look like it has any gelcoat, just a skin coat of resin which is probably vinylester.

    Just went in and out of Canada with my passport card no issues. Had my dog with and nobody asked to see any vaccine documentation on him at all.

    The only new gear I bought this year was some Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee certified food storage barrels and bags to comply with the new rules in the BWCA.

    Option #1 Option #2 depends on what it is but I usually bury it which is no worse than the Forest Service in the BWCA telling you to bury your fish remains. Option #3 is pack it out Honestly though, I don't usually get past option #1!

    As I get older I pretty much always take a backrest for the canoe, a chair for camp and my dog to have someone to talk to.

    She unfortunately chased a car, caught it, passed it and cut right in front of it and the driver never saw her. Took me over a year to think about even getting another pup but I think I lucked out again and found a great tripping partner.

    Whether it's a move day or not I'm usually the first up and I start the coffee before pretty much anything else. I enjoy a quiet cup of early morning brew to get my day going.
