    Talk to the folks at We-No-Nah Canoe. I broke the bow cap on my Royalex Sandpiper last month (on the Buffalo River in Arkansas), stopped there on my way home, and left with a replacement; while not an exact fit it works (and at $15 not terribly expensive). Brad
