Trying to suspend a tarp over a canoe is impossible. Just when you think you got it, the wind comes up, and no more tarp. I've tried every solution possible with no luck. I give up.

Southern MN here. Cold and windy. Still getting temps of 12 F. 40 MPH winds. Lakes still have 40 inches of ice. Only chance of using a canoe here is to use it as a sled in the snow.
