Of the states listed for registration, the only one I am familiar with is Pennsylvania. Paddle craft do not require a 'registration'. As referenced, PFBC access areas do require a use permit from either PFBC or one of the Pa state parks. Both are easy to avoid.

I make enough mistakes without hand tools.

The fuel tab saucer with my stove will hold alcohol but it isn't very efficient. I haven't tried the tabs. I'm happy using twigs:D
