Can anyone tell me what this mark means on the underside of the wood canvas old town Yankee is or means? All I can think of is it’s like a quality control stamp?

I concur… also in CNY…. I’m heartbroken with the warm temps and no snow… I enjoy winter trekking… makes me appreciate each season and what it has to offer… but in the meantime I will continue my work in my w/c canoe to be ready for an early canoe season.… so I’m good with that

Filter or boil- steripen in a pinch- I enjoy boiling though… peaceful to make a fire and render those little bugs ineffective.

Love the sleepy head one…. Best feeling is seeing them totally relaxed and content… just being with their human

Here it is… just have to add the ruff… but I have sourced the ruff individually so I will have to cut that out and then I will hand stitch it on the hood. Fun project… now just need the right weather… today was 47!!! Geez…. Old man winter is asleep at the wheel…

Well… pretty much everything already spoken about… I found an old Cabelas Bighorn tent that had been neglected for 150$. I spent a summer restoring all the seams, the internal fabric seal and refinishing the outside with waterproofing. Add a stove, a dog… sometimes a brave soul to join… it is...

Nice! I just received my anorak kit from LOTN and the freight toboggan kit as well… I guess no snow will keep me working on the kits to be ready when that snow flies! Enjoy Bob!

I’m here in CNY as well… been really rough non winter… 50”s next week after negatives this weekend… I miss the days of old with snow tunnels, x-country skiing and snowshoeing daily during the winter… hope February is better.
