I am looking for partners for kayaking in Loreto (Baja, Mexico) on March 04-18, 2023. I will bring my inflatable kayak, yet it is possible to rent a decent kayak and any gear from a local outfitter (see https://seakayakbajamexico.com also there is all the info about the place and area). I was there 2 times solo and got tons of fun. There are weekly WJ flights from Calgary to there (round trip CAD ~$600). From Saskatoon it's CAD $855 for the date indicated.
Please contact if interested.

Wow; nothing like just jumping right in With a “no beating around the bush first post/introduction”!
It doe’s look like a nice area, and welcome from Alaska.

Alex, welcome to site membership! Feel free to ask any questions and to post messages, photos and videos in our many forums. Please read Welcome to CanoeTripping and Site Rules! Also, please consider adding your location to your profile, which will cause it to show under your avatar, as this is in many ways a geographic sport. We look forward to your participation in our canoe community.

Having said that, this site's subject matter is canoes and canoeing, not kayaks or sea kayaking. Therefore, I doubt this is the best internet venue for you to find partners for a sea kayaking trip. I believe there are many other sites that focus on sea kayaking. Nevertheless, since some of our members here have sea kayaks, even though we don't discuss them on this site, I'll leave your post up since it's not impossible that someone here, or someone they know, may be interested in your trip.

Good luck.

Sure wIll do more with my profile. Kayaking in Alaska in in my bucket list, yet not in the midwinter:) I'm in Saskatchewan and winter paddling is better in a warmer place. So far Loreto was the best combination of everything - warm water, tropical environment, not touristy, tons of wildlife... Wanna join?

Im not sure why winter would stop you; up here we have folks who drag them things to the top of an avalance snow slide and in deference to life and limb, slide to the bottom along the Seward highway!

it all looks interesting but at 72 my high adventure days are probably what’s lying on the ground, underneath them Vultures!😳
