an offshoot of Wilderness Canoe Symposium in Toronto. Started about 20 years ago as an alternative ( or addition to) that long van drive to Toronto ) for us New Englanders who have to cross three mountain ranges to get to TO!. A slightly more hands on format with a smaller group.. ( Hulbert can only handle about 100 folks before the fire marshal steps in)
Its also a great way to use your hot tent as there is always snow and there is firewood free available.
