Outdoor people should take notice.
The next time the family laughs when you tell them the weathers going to change, you can feel it in your bones, tell them you now have proof.
Agriculture Deplt chief Meteorologist, Albert Peterlin, says it's the change in the weather that causes stress. Sudden swings in the atmospheric pressure, humidity and temp causes stress in the body. It also triggers Hormonal Fluctuations and cardiovascular strain. Falling pressure activates the Autonomic nervous system and heightens pain sensitivity.
So, the old folks were right, I can feel weather change in my bones.

and here I thought it was caused by other people, too many bills and my inability to win the Powerball.

Truthfully, the bones that I've broken have always ached more when rain is imminent. Now that I'm developing arthritis in my right ankle (broke that twice), I often feel it coming an hour or more away. I figure that might come in handy to know when to get off the water on trips but I don't recommend going out of your way for such a prognosticator.

With achy hips I can tell when the cold/warm fronts come through. Last week when the temp dropped from the low 90's with humidity to 70 and half the humidity I should have reached for the ibuprofen. It was weird the pain only lasted for 4 to 5hrs and then it was gone.
