He's halfway across Washington today. ... And he's discovered the value of bank hugging micro eddies.

I used to do day trips up and back on the Columbia River and there's a lot more current than you'd think on those reservoirs.

Kyle is now starting into Noxon reservoir on the Clark Fork. That's some beautiful area he's in. He's making really good progress, and it's fun to watch him take on the grizzled look.
