I am surprised you are to big for a Next. I have one as well that I use for fishing. We are the same height but my wife feeds me a bit better :oops: Granted I only have a mid sized tackle box & a handful of rods with me but I find it to be exceptionally comfortable with ample room.

Sorry, I didnt realize until after I hit post that this thread was a year old. It sounds to me that what your real problem is, is that you need a larger rack! ;)

I'm still learning as well but stumbled upon some 80's vintage movies that were very instructive. I am treating them as gospel.

I was born & raised in Rock Hill. Depending on who you talk to it is an interesting cross of Up state & Midlands dialects resulting in a miss mash that can be barely intelligible if you arent a native. When we visit I often have to act as an interpreter for my Minnesotan wife (they talk funny too).
