I’ve been using a KK for maybe 15 years… I also don’t see the wisdom behind placing the KK on an open fire. But, I’d like to see a comparison of time to boil on the base vs an open flame. And also, hmmm, a comparison of input BTU’s, but that’s gonna be tricky in a non lab setting.
