    Same here! I was mostly fine until I went to Knoxville over the weekend and got to see and touch and smell new Northstar, Swift, and Wenonah composite canoes. There's a dealer there that keeps them in stock. My credit card was smoking in my pocket lol

    It was definitely a handy and thrifty ride, I do miss it. Paid $500 for it, drove it for a couple years, put a head gasket on it (these love blowing head gaskets), drove it for a few months and sold it for $1500. 5 speed, crank windows, 30+mpg, STYLISH 😁

    New guy here from way down south... Here are my canoe haulers from the last few years. I still have the trucks, but the Escort Draggin Wagon of Death has moved on to browner pastures. :D Honestly it was the best hauler, as I had a steel rack made from tubing and welded straight to the roof...
