I like both the Bacho Laplander and the Silky saws.

I also have a Northstar Trillium pack version and it is a great canoe.

Go to etrailer.com and input you truck information and they will have several front receivers, the also offer roof rack and goal post for you truck. That is the best way to carry a canoe while towing your 5th wheel trailer.

I don’t agree. With the increases in price also come higher margins that should more than offset the exposure.

Placid Boatworks, Raquette River Outfitters and Hornbeck canoes don’t charge for demos, support them.

Charging to test paddle a boat is BS. Imagine if you were charged to demo a vehicle or anything for that matter.

I have a Trillium pack boat that is a very nice canoe and making statements like this is unfair to Ted, Bear and the crew at Northstar.

The straps don’t wrap through the windows, you open the doors run the straps over the door jams, connect the straps, tighten them and close the doors. Door gaskets should prevent leaks.
