My newish Exped mat came with a rechargeable pump. I can get a few inflations before it needs charged. I have a power bank with me anyway. No issues. Bob

I personally don’t unless it is too warm for what I’m wearing. If I’m still hunting for hours or fishing, I have to use toe warmers to be comfortable so maybe it’s just me. Bob

LL Bean hunting boots if it isn’t too cold. Irish Setter Pac boots with wool liners if it’s below 20 degrees Fahrenheit and I’m out for a couple hours or if I’m sedentary. Both worn with thin synthetic liner socks and wool socks. Bob

I have a similar system under a covered deck/porch. Kevlar, wood/canvas, fiberglass, and Royalex canoes are all kept there year round with no issues. This would be cost effective and simple to add to your current setup if you had concerns. Bob

I usually have a canoe or woodworking project in the wood shop, a classic car or truck that is in some stage of restoration, fishing flies to be tied, books to read, shuttling kids to sports, and planning canoe trips I hope to make the following year. I fish and hunt regularly till January...

I mostly see beer cans (almost always Bud Light) and cigarette butts at put ins, fishable sections of rivers, and campsites that are easily accessible. It does seem to be getting better over the years. Bob
