Dog in an Advantage?

I'm still trying to just get my dog to stay in the canoe sitting on the lawn. She says "nope". Weird, since she gets in the bathtub willingly.
Must be well behaved. And mellow.Don't try this at home
Canoe dogs are made not born. Train em. My dogs love boats.
I take mine in the Phoenix now that he's older and calmer. Will have to try my new-to-me Advantage without him first...

Congrats on your Advantage. I feel lucky to have found a sit-down boat that I like and to have a dog small enough to be comfy sharing space with my legs since that wasn't possible with my last 2 dogs.
That reminds me that I need to pad my foot bar. Don't forget to pad your seat pedestal.
A good rooster can crow in any hen house.
@gumpus that looks like a very sweet pupper. Glad you can get him comfy in the Advantage.
With the footbar, I'm not sure mine will actually fit very well in the Advantage (he's 70lbs). In his old age he's taken to lying down most of the time. Makes for terrible trim in the Phoenix. The Advantage is probably too narrow in the stems for him to be very comfortable,
or turn around easily.
