I have a Penboscott 16 canoe that I use mostly. I tend to enjoy class II rapids and the occasional Class III. I have run short class IV sections many years ago but I tend to avoid that these days. I do have a mad river white water canoe but I haven't really used it or set it up with the right float bags. I have thought about running the dead river at the absolute lowest water release level but I don't know when I am going to do that.

I also have a dagger crossfire kayak but I have not learned to eskimo roll and I haven't really even had time to use that thing but I have been running either the saint croix or seboeis river nearly every year.

I have paddled the Sandy river a good deal under the route 2 bridge in New Sharon down to sandy river road which is typically 5 or 10 miles. There are some good rapids for 1/2 mile under that bridge.
