I saw that in my research. There is a dealer in southern Maine that sells the sportspal 13' square back but not the 12' Radisson. I thought they were the same maker but why do they make the Sportspal a foot longer than the Radisson. I don't mind 13' but wanted the 12' just for the lighter...

That's what I'd be after, the square stern model. Pretty expensive here though since there are no dealers near me I'd have to get it shipped or find a used one. I do think they are good looking canoes as well.

Thanks! I was wondering how tough they were and thinking being so light it has to be pretty thin aluminum. Would my Royalex Osprey be tougher? I'm not hard on stuff particularly but I also don't want to have to worry all the time either.

I wish those electric outboards weren't so expensive. The equivalent of a 3hp gas outboard in a small package and no external wires or batteries to bring (the battery stays on the outboard). Looks awesome but I'm not spending $1500+ on one as nice as it would be lol
