Slipstream Question?

A friend of mine said he saw a Slipstream "Experimental" canoe today. Would that be a model, like Impulse or wee lassie or is it indeed an "experimental" canoe?

Don't know the answer to your question but swear I saw that too at the Western PA solo canoe event last weekend.

I was there and my faux birch bark slipstream was on display at there site. I didn't see anything new-you have me wondering.

I received an email from Stan @ slipstream. The canoe is an impulse, the "experimental" is the laminate, the design is set and the boat is in production. Receiving an answer to my inquiry on a Sunday is impressive, I will have to give this canoe a serious look.
