The brown truck pulled in the driveway today with a nice "Duluth Pack" cardboard box for yours truly. I have owned this pack for at least 25 years, many canoe trips and an overnight bag for work for at least 20 years. It is an original "Deluxe Day Pack" , they don't make them anymore like this one, with leather straps, leather pouch front and leather bottom. I sent it back many years ago for repairs, then sent it back recently for more repairs.
If you notice in the pictures there are 3 different colors of canvas from different places replaced. My only complaint is they put a new Duluth Pack leather logo patch on front and didn't send the old one back with the pack...I should have mentioned that to the customer service representative when we went over the details of the restoration. Oh well, it would have been a nice keep sake.
