Will sun damage a GRB Carbon Classic canoe?

Once you get the hang of it, putting on the Redleaf canoe cover (not the coat, I can't speak to that) is really quick and easy. Put the boat in the right place on the cover (that's the only trick), lift the cover over the bow, slide the bow into the end of the cover, then lift the other end of...

Will sun damage a GRB Carbon Classic canoe?

Boatguard SPF 50 would do the same as 303. May also be hard to source overseas though. I usually treat my boats once in the spring before use and once in the fall before storage. I think it would last for a month easily, but if the boat is in the water every day maybe re-apply after a couple...

7 All-Inclusive Canoe Trips in Minnesota

Forest bathing is standing or sitting* in the woods. Feeling spiritually superior to other folks who are just out there minding their own business in the woods is a perk, but not necessarily a requirement. *Lying in the woods is called napping, and does not count as bathing.

Shoutout your local whitewater boat builder

Would hate to trip in a playboat/creekboat. And I question their relevance here. Might as well talk about kayaks.

    The Oldest Inuit Footage Ever

Didn't watch far, but at least some of that is from Nanook of the North, which all us anthropology majors had to watch in college back in the 70's. Here's the original film. 1922.

    Stress Relieving Paddle Design

My wife the yoga instructor would caution that you should talk to your teacher prior to class about your shoulder. A good yoga teacher will then give you ways to modify each pose so as to limit damage and maximize theraputics. But it takes a good, experienced yoga teacher to do that...
