I have a Sea to Summit dry bag that was missing the female half of the quick-release buckle, which made the bag largely useless. I contacted Sea to Summit about buying another buckle. Their customer service emailed right away that they were mailing me a new buckle. The buckle arrived and is now installed. Just want to give a shout out to Sea to Summit customer service. They listened and responded, something to consider the next time you need a dry bag.
