To celebrate our upcoming Xen/Glenn anniversary on August 31, I have enabled two additional color themes (or styles) for the site, Arctic and Shades of Blue. We now have six color themes available.

If you go down to the bottom left corner of any page, you will see the style chooser icon (paint brush). Click that icon and you can now choose from among six color themes: Xenforo Default, Chestnut Green-Gray, Mocha Style, Shades of Grey, and the new Arctic and Shades of Blue. Arctic is a sort of all black and gray lettering on a white background and the fonts and spacings seem to be larger than in the other styles.

The Default theme, Shades of Grey, Arctic, and Shades of Blue require you to hover your cursor over the forum names to see the detailed forum descriptions, whereas the forum descriptions are permanently displayed in Chestnut Green-Gray and Mocha Style.

Do you have one for current conditions? “Hotter than the Hinges of Hades” seems appropriate.

Enjoying the grey, Glenn. Thanks.

I like the green gray! Makes this board distinctive.

Those two styles plus Mocha have been available for 10½ months. See THIS announcement.

No, but I do have seven more that were pre-packaged to me by our webmaster when I signed up for his web hosting. "Patriot" or "Circus" may come closest to the garish colors of Dante's Inferno, but I think six theme choices is more than enough for now. I feel good that I was able to figure out how to insert the logo/picture and configure the avatar block all by myself for these latest two themes, whereas I had to pay our webmaster to do the first four.

I use Shades of Grey the most. I like the dark background because I look at my computer screen most of the day most days, it doesn't tire my eyes, and the links stand out well. I least like Xenforo Default because I have frequented for years several other forums with exactly that standard theme, and I'm just tired of it.
