A very interesting video about the life and achievements of a canoeing legend. There are appearances and interviews with CTN members such as Kim Gass, Charlie Wilson and Marc Ornstein.

THANKS Glen, Tom was a dear friend and I miss him quite often. Perfect definition of a lovely, caring man.

Thanks for posting that Glenn, I didn't know much about Tom and his involvement with WCHA. I wish I had seen it before I went to the assembly this year. I enjoyed the display of Tom's boats but I think I might have spent a little more time admiring them if I knew the history and Tom's contribution to the arts. Both building and paddling.

Al, the video was posted on Youtube on July 22, 2022, which I think was after the Assembly.

I only met Tom once—well, it was over a four day freestyle symposium, where he was one of my instructors as well as the event organizer, so I got to talk to him quite a bit.

I joined the WCHA last night after watching the video and for a few other reasons.

They showed the video at the Assembly and I think that was the world premier, so I don't think it was available prior to Assembly.

Thanks Glen !
Very interesting !
Never met Tom, but did meet David Youst, and absorbed everything I could at one of his seminars at one of the Spring events, by Mid West Mountaineering.
