Really interesting but waaay beyond my patience grade - let alone place to work, suitable trees, tools, etc. etc. I have all sorts of admiration for people who take on projects like this but how would you ever portage it?

They have more patience than I've got. Good for them sticking with it though. I kept expecting to see the power tools brought in.

I've got my eye on a couple big straight basswood trees but mine will be a strip version.
