I have to read that in its entirety. We will spend the next three months in a 20 foot travel trailer. I think the van would drive me nuts but to each his own. We will be in the Pacific Northwest BC Yukon and Alaska..
I have exactly the first two days planned....Ottawa ON municipal campground and Thessalon ON municipal campground.. Have to plan around " the Poutine Files"

That Van Diaries ought to be titled ODE TO THE RAINGUTTER!

It can be done, just need to be very comfy with no space, no shower and no toilet. I was going to try that with a SUV and external shower system.

There is a good KOA in Thunder Bay YC, and of course Pancake Bay is a winner also.
