I've only ever seen the Pic from the hwy 17 bridge passing over it on my way to somewhere else. Every single time, and there've been several, I've thought "I've got to see that some day". The view is stunning IMO. Or maybe it's just a hunger for a glimpse past the curtain of rocks and trees, trees and rocks...
I'll save this film for tomorrow when I have more time to get away from the here and now and imagine the someday.

The Lil Pic as well, nice rivers both. I think Mem has done one or both. If you do google earth and follow the river there are some major waterfalls much further upstream. Nice way to spend some time.

Finally sat down and watched and wow! What a fantastic film. One of my all time favourite canoeing videos for sure.

Did anyone notice Chief Duncans short paddle strokes at the beginning? I would try that but it looks to relaxed, I need to stress out and pull hard!!!!
