It is and the guy didn't get back to me today after final payment.... So I managed to find his phone # and phoned him but he wasn't home.... Talked to the wife....
I just wanted to know if someone here lives in that area and maybe it gives me a a bit of a plan B is something goes haywire!!

Not too far away, 90 minutes or so. I know a man with a truck if needed. I have my work one but aren't allowed to use that for personal use.
